الخدمة
GainGrid منصّة تساعد أصحاب المحلات على تحسين صور منتجاتهم، وكتابة الكابشنات، وإنشاء كاروسيل وفيديوهات، وجدولة نشرها على حساباتهم (إنستغرام وفيسبوك). باستعمالك للخدمة بتوافق على هالشروط.
الحساب
أنت مسؤول عن سرّية اسم المستخدم وكلمة السر، وعن كل شي بيصير من حسابك. لازم تعطي معلومات صحيحة، وعمرك 18 سنة أو أكتر.
محتواك وحقوقك
الصور والنصوص اللي بترفعها بتضل ملكك. بتأكّد إنو عندك حق تستعملها، وإنها ما بتخالف حقوق حدا. بتعطينا إذن محدود نعالجها (تحسين، توليد، نشر بطلبك) لتقديم الخدمة فقط.
المحتوى المولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي
النتائج بتتولّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي ويمكن تحتوي أخطاء أو تختلف عن توقعاتك. مسؤوليتك تراجعها قبل النشر. نحن ما منضمن دقتها ولا ملاءمتها لغرض معيّن.
الاستعمال المسموح
ممنوع تستعمل الخدمة لمحتوى غير قانوني أو مضلّل أو مسيء أو ينتهك حقوق حدا، أو لإزعاج أو احتيال، أو لمخالفة شروط المنصّات المرتبطة.
منصّات الطرف الثالث
الخدمة بتشتغل مع Meta (إنستغرام وفيسبوك) وGoogle وHeyGen وغيرها. شروطها وسياساتها بتنطبق عليك كمان، وإحنا مش مسؤولين عن تغيّراتها أو انقطاعها أو تعليق حسابك عندها.
النقاط والدفع
بعض الميزات بتستهلك نقاط (كريدت). الأسعار بتنعرض قبل الشراء، وممكن تتغيّر مستقبلاً. شوف سياسة الاسترجاع.
توفّر الخدمة
منحاول تضل الخدمة شغّالة، بس ما منضمن إنها تكون بدون انقطاع أو أخطاء. ممكن نعدّل أو نوقف ميزات بأي وقت.
حدود المسؤولية
بأقصى حد يسمح فيه القانون، ما منتحمّل مسؤولية عن خسائر غير مباشرة أو خسارة أرباح أو بيانات، أو عن قرارات نشر أخدتها. مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما بتتجاوز المبلغ اللي دفعتو لنا آخر 3 شهور.
إنهاء الحساب
فيك توقف استعمال الخدمة وتطلب حذف حسابك بأي وقت. منقدر نعلّق أو نحذف حساب بيخالف هالشروط.
القانون والتواصل
بتخضع هالشروط للقانون اللبناني. للأسئلة تواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو الإيميل المذكورين بآخر الصفحة. ممكن نحدّث الشروط، وتاريخ آخر تحديث مكتوب فوق.
Terms of Service
The service
GainGrid helps shop owners enhance product photos, write captions, create carousels and videos, and schedule posts to their own Instagram and Facebook accounts. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18.
Your content and rights
Photos and text you upload remain yours. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone’s rights. You give us a limited permission to process them (enhance, generate, publish on your request) solely to provide the service.
AI-generated content
Outputs are generated by AI and may contain errors or differ from your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content, for spam or fraud, or in violation of the connected platforms’ terms.
Third-party platforms
The service works with Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google, HeyGen and others. Their terms and policies also apply to you. We are not responsible for their changes, outages, or action against your accounts.
Credits and payment
Some features consume credits. Prices are shown before purchase and may change. See the Refund Policy.
Availability
We try to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data, or for posting decisions you make. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. For questions contact us via WhatsApp or the email shown at the bottom of this page. We may update these terms; the last-updated date is shown above.
