النقاط
النقاط (الكريدت) بتنباع مسبقاً وبتنخصم لما تستعمل ميزة (صورة، فيديو...). منخصم النقاط بس لما تكتمل النتيجة.
ما في استرجاع نقدي
كل عمليات الشراء نهائية، وما في استرجاع نقدي للنقاط المشتراة، مستعملة أو غير مستعملة. النقاط ما بتنتهي صلاحيتها طول ما حسابك شغّال.
الأخطاء التقنية
إذا خصمنا نقاط والنتيجة ما اكتملت بسبب خطأ منّا، منرجّع النقاط لحسابك.
كيف تطلب
تواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو الإيميل بآخر الصفحة، وبنردّ خلال أيام العمل.
Refund Policy
Credits
Credits are prepaid and are deducted when you use a feature (image, video, etc.). We deduct credits only when the result is completed.
No cash refunds
All purchases are final. Purchased credits, used or unused, are not refundable in cash. Credits do not expire while your account is active.
Technical errors
If credits were deducted and the result failed because of an error on our side, we restore the credits to your account.
